Feel the reward of knowing you are making a difference in the life of a child; join our team!

At Columbus Area Speech Therapy, you will rediscover why you chose to become a Speech Therapist. Our SLPs are not sitting in meetings or dealing with endless paperwork. No ETRs or IEPs unless you choose to be placed in a public school!! CAST provides personalized, one-on-one sessions with a caseload of clients that you choose. Our delivery model offers direct interaction with parents, which encourages them to become more involved and invested in their child’s progress.

As an SLP with CAST, you will make your own schedule to fit around your life. You will decide how many visits you want to do each week, eliminating the stress of trying to see too many kids and promoting a healthy work/life balance. Indirect services are completed remotely in your home when convenient for you. Our culture is supportive, flexible, and encouraging. We value our SLPs, foster open and honest communication, and provide opportunities for growth.

If you want to join a team of like-minded professionals who help children’s communication FLY, while making an excellent rate of pay, please apply to one of Columbus Area Speech Therapy’s open positions listed below!

Current needs

Opportunity #1: Telehealth or In-person, Fulltime Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage

Step in to a seasoned SLP’s role in a rural, highly rated school district with a hometown feel NW of Columbus. From approximately the end of January to the end of April, you will enjoy a private office, a therapy room stocked with materials, a small preschool through second grade caseload, and a warm, supportive staff available to answer questions. You’ll have the opportunity to train with the SLP before she has her baby and there is another SLP in the building for support during the leave.

Opportunity #2: Part-time SLP

Pick the caseload and hours you want. We’re looking for SLPs interested in seeing children in their homes, at childcare locations, at private schools and via teletherapy. This is a great opportunity for an SLP mom who seeks to work a partial day or two around her family’s schedule or for a school SLP wanting to see a few kids a week to make extra income around her school schedule.
